Will I get married this year?

This spread has been done for a friend "S" who has been going out with this guy "M" for about 4 years now. They intend to settle down before they start their residency of Medicine next year. They both are med students.

Q: Will S and M get married this year?

1. Four of Hearts:
This card tells us the nature of question. Four of Hearts in this position straight away refers to the marriage bed, physical union, marriage and also wedding ceremony. So we have a confirmation that the cards have picked up on the energy of the question.

2. Reason for the wish/question:
Queen of Hearts. The card which represents querent and her nature. She is a kind-hearted, motherly, and very sensitive to other people's emotions. This card also represents unconditional love and her desire to have a family with the person she loves.

3. Contributing Factors:
King of Diamonds. This is a man with lots of money around him. He may also be a workaholic, and too busy in making life secure and luxurious. We can say this is the querent's lover M who happens to be a workaholic and comes from with strong social background. This card in this place shows that she wants to be married because she wants to be with him. The King is also facing to the right which shows us that he is also as much interested in her. What Concerns me is that Queen is facing towards King, and King is facing to right which may also mean he is interested in her, but may be the love or the intensity is one sided.

4.Advice/answer:
This card answers the question. Seven of Hearts. Card of success and happy surprises.

5.Outcome:
Two of Hearts. loving exchanges, expectancy, emotional excitement. However, the number in outcome position is smaller than the number in the 1st position, therefore, I can concluded, may be not marriage but an engagement.

There are no black cards, all cards are Red, so its a Yes. All cards except in contributing factors are Hearts which shows that querent is very much emotionally involved with the matter. My conclusion is, an engagement is possible this year.

Opinions are welcome
